different objectives. For example, the prime objective of a sales project may
be to maximise the sales; whereas, for a production project, the objective may
be to improve the quality of production.

Also known
as competing. An individual firmly pursues his or her own concerns despite the
resistance of the other person. This may involve pushing one viewpoint at the
expense of another or maintaining firm resistance to another person’s actions.

centre method: This method was used for the first time in 1930 by the German army
and then in 1960’s by the British army. This method tests a candidate in
different social situations using a number of assessor and procedures. The

types of collective bargaining.
Answer. Collective
bargaining is the negotiation process that takes place between an employer and a
group of employees when certain issues arise. The employees rely on a union
member to represent them during the bargaining process, and the negotiations
often relate to regulating such issues as working conditions, employee safety,
training, wages, and layoffs.
Q6. Discuss the
concept of issue logs.
Answer. Issue log is a documentation
element of software project management. An issue log contains a list of ongoing
and closed issues of the project. While issue logs can be viewed as a way to
track errors in the project, the role it plays often extends further. Issue logs
can be used to order and organize the current issues by type and severity in
order to prioritize issues associated with the current milestone or iteration.
Issue logs may also contain customer requests and remarks about the various
problems that can be found in current code.
