Scope Statement: This is a document that provides the
basis for making future decisions such as scope changes. The intended use of

Answer. Developing an estimate is a complex
task. If the project is large and has many stakeholders, things can be more
complex. Therefore, there have been many initiatives, to come up with different
techniques for estimation phase of the project, in order to make the estimation

Answer. The order in which the planning
processes are executed is determined by how the outputs of those planning
processes are used. Most of the time the outputs are used as inputs in
subsequent planning processes thus there is a natural order all the processes

acquired by interviewing experts, and logic rules that govern how that

predecessor and the reasons why one task may be dependent on another.
Answer. Predecessors
The
Predecessor dialog enables you to designate one or more phases or tasks that
have a dependency relationship with the current phase or task. Supported
predecessor types are:
A). Finish-to-Start (FS). This means the succeeding task cannot
start until the predecessor task is finished.
B). Start-to-Start (SS). The succeeding task cannot start
until the predecessor task starts.

explain its methodology?
Answer. Delays are a feature of many construction
projects, and frequently lead to arguments about the payment of liquidated
damages by the contractor on the one hand, and reimbursement of additional
