Answer. There are three general categories of
information systems available in hospitals: clinical or medical information
system, information system to support administrative operation and management

system) and ancillary (support service) technical information system.

advantages and challenges in E-health.
Answer. E-health is
defined as the use of communication and information technology in the field of
medicine. Transfer of medical records or other related data takes place through
electronic processes. It also enables two professional sat different
geographical locations to interact with each other.

Answer. The process of audit involves the
following steps:

assurance in health care.

Quality assurance in the health care field, a pledge to
the public by those within the various health disciplines that they will work
toward the goal of an optimal achievable degree of excellence in the services
rendered to every patient. Since the 1960s there has been an increasing
emphasis on the individual citizen's right to health and the obligation of
individual members of the health care team to hold them accountable to the
public for the caliber of care they provide.
